Does creating something new always require two things
- To make software, you write code to channel energy through the hardware, while the hardware itself is made of the same energy.
- To make new people, the semen alone doesn't contain the instructions. It needs a female body to grow the semen.
This is just a rough thought. I'll need to think more about counter-examples.
